I think this lid is a scarce one. You see the newer lids with Ball embossed on the top and the Porcelain Liner is embossed
"Genuine Zinc Cap For Ball Mason Jars."
But I don't think this lid is that prevelent. It has the same porcelain insert but is a plain jane on top.
Now everyone has a reason to look at Lids.
